Hi, new to here.
I have a SUNL 250 cc scooter. The rear light seems burned out.
However, I could not figure out how to get the panel out to insert the new bulb.
Also, is there any specification in the rear light bulb?
Thanks

Is the Torx screws in the lens cover ? That is how mine was . I went with a 1157 LED instead of bulb so I will not have to change it again and it looks cool

Like Skuttadawg said you generally have to remove the actual red plastic lens cover to take the bulb out. Phillips is more common than torx from what I've seen, but maybe you have torx in there.

Sorry. Have no idea what you are referring to.
Is there any photo or link of procedure existing?

try prying off the plastic cover; sometimes they have visible screws, sometimes they are just held in place by a clicking mechanism (lips). Then you got to find the location of these lips, to unclick the plastic from the body.
Most of the time there are visible screws on the plastic though, but I saw in your case that the rear light has a transparent plastic over it. remove that first!

Do you have two red brake lights and two amber turn lights???....covered by a clear cover...If you do, you have to go in the seat area, raise the seat and look to the rear and remove the partition. Then the light sockets will be seen in that area....don't pry off anything.....look before you pry off the clear lens cover. Not sure which scoot you have, I have a MC54-250B Roketa, 2008 model.....

Yeah. I have a plastic cover on it. Yes, there are two brake light and two turn light. One of the brake light is burned. Could not figure out how to get into the socket and replace the bulb or LED.
Speaking of bulb. Is LED a better solution than regular bulb?
Will see if I can take some photo and post here during the weekend.
Thanks guys. You guys are great!

1157 stop and 1156 turn, yes led will work better and help you electrical system keep the battery and other items working...I used a red led for the stop and amber led for the turn signals...you don't need to post a pic....just raise the seat and look to the rear of the compartment and you will see a plastic piece which you have to remove and then the sockets are there to be seen and twist the socket and remove the bulb and replace...pretty simple..
