Looking for info before I buy a 2008 Vroom 250cc

Hi everyone...up till now I have only delt with the 150cc scooter. I have a neighbor looking to sell his 2008 Vroom 250cc. That is the only information I have on it right now, by way of a phone call.
Anyone with the same scooter please weigh in and let me know what you think of them. Is it a popular model or a knockoff of another scooter? Will I be able to find reliable info on this brand? What does it compare to? I'm assuming it is a chinese scoot as well as my 150cc...is the engine setup much different?
Obviously, I'm looking for any input here...so if you have anything to say about it before I make the purchase, I'm all ears.

Its your everyday Roketa 250cc china Honda Relix clone scoot. The important thing is find out what motor it has, the 244cc or the 257cc. They could of called it VROOM VROOM ;D

That falls into the "More is better" catagory, doesn't Wile?! Thanks buddy! I'm sure you've had plenty of experience with that engine then...actually, I was kinda counting on it! Any reason to shy away from it or can you help me fine tune it as you have before?
