n00b here, and looking for a new (to me) scoot!

Hi everyone! I'm from Keller, Texas, and am looking for a scoot in the near future. I'm thinking about an 250, since I'm 6'6" and weigh around 225 (my wife is 5'3" and has a lot of junk in the trunk ).

Suggestions? Comments? What should I look for in an used scooter? I had an Aero 125 many moons ago, and am leaning towards a Helix, but I'm open to anything really...
