Hey I have had my 150cc Kandi Spyder II for about 3 months now and I love it. I have some questions but I will post those on another thread. anyone else from around the phx metro? With only 150cc's I only drive on road and the occasional off road like the salt river out here in laveen. Any suggested trails or areas? Also anyone have any suggestions for me, A few things I want to do:
Custom cover with cabe lock(so my stereo doesnt get stolen lol) Custom stereo with subwoofer Saddle bags or something for storage so when I get groceries or other things like that.

There are some great rides in Phoenix, also a fine group of people in the scooter community. Log on to Scooter Club of Metro Phoenix: <http://www.meetup.com/Phoenix-Scooter-Club/>
Joining that, you can access past rides and maps. A couple of Good ones are a ride to Bartlett Lake; also to Wickenburg by way of Vulture Mine Road. If you like twisties, try a ride up to South Mountain Park. It's almost at your back door. If you go early on a week-day morning there is almost no traffic and you can get in before the toll booth opens. Then there's the Apache trail - West approach to where the pavement ends. For highway rides, sometimes I'll buzz up Grand Avenue for breakfast at Wickenburg, or up I17 to the Amish Kitchen or the 4B's in Black Canyon City. Great way to spend a Saturday morning.

Ooops forgot you have a 150. Better stay off I17. You can also get to Wickenburg by way of SR74, Morristown, New River Highway. Then you have only about 5 miles or so on US 60 -- busy, but not white-knuckle.
