has anyone ever put a y on a 250 scooter an put 2 mufflers on a 250 to make it sound good ?an also would it hurt the engine any if one did ?

I don't think adding a second muffler would improve the sound. There are some mufflers that will change the sound though. As I remember these small engines need back pressure from the ext. Most will tell you if you add more free flow on the ext. you will also need to increase the high speed jey size and maybe even the intake airflow.

I have a Y on my 150 and it sounds awesome when Im decelerating.
