Would anyone have the weight of the roller/slider that is in the Linhai 300? I want to change my rolelrs to sliders but am not sure of the weight. I spoke with Jim at Sunright and he mentioned 19grams but seemed as if he was not certain at that particular moment, I was a little shocked by that because I seen a video from MRP that was installing 11gram sliders. That would be a huge weight difference.
I am pleased with the performance of the scoot so I am not that interested in changing the gram size by much, so I thought I would ask to see if someone may know what size rollers are in the Linhai from the factory. Any information would be appreciated.

My Magnum came with 14 gram rollers in it and I changed to 11 grams till I cam get some 12 grams as it is a little rough on take off with the 14 grams. The 11s are nice for around town but lost about 8 mph or so off top end

i don't think there is a standard weight roller for chinese engines there are standard dimensions though.
sadly i haven't seen any definitive experiments with different roller weights. the only thing i've come across suggests heavier weights increases the top end slightly, lighter weights increases acceleration.

Okay thanks for the advice. I am familiar with the variations between lighter and heavier rollers I was curious as to the size that may be standard on that particular model. I assume Leo may be correct when he says their is no standard weight for a roller. I guess I could pull one and get it weighed at the post office and I guess go with the same weight or slightly close to it.
