Hello everyone new to the site and looking to buy a new scoot. I know nothing about scooters except what I've read, to not buy Chinese. Only know in line 4's and how to ride them. Any advise on which one to get and is it true what everyone says about Chinese scoots? All input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, looking forward to being here. Attachments:

Welcome mconley1234 I really don't think there is anything wrong with Chinese scoots, They do require a top notch PDI, some TLC, and don't tolerate being ridden beyond their design limits very well. However with proper care and ridden within the design limits they are about as good as any scooter.
If your mechanically inclined, and willing to turn a wrench, and go into your purchase knowing you are the warranty, then Chinese scoots are great buys. Now if you don't want to turn a wrench, then i would suggest a Japanese or Taiwan made scooters from a brick and mortar establishment that you can go to with any issues...
