try putting a T-spoon of oil the the spark plug hole an test compression again a see if it go's up,if it does you have piston ring problems.. try adjusting valves,an check head gasket or base gasket may have leaks...

Ok.... more info, when you installed the BBK did it run or do you just do it. If you just did it did you make sure to space the ring openings out when you put them on making sure none overlap?
Oh and why post this on unrelated topics?? (Not trying to be a dick but it annoyed me)

When you installed the 180cc kit did you go ride really hard right after?? Or did you go nice and easy and break in the new cylinder kit first?

Here's what I do------ gutted an old spark plug --- brazed a air hose fitting to it---- installed a flow control valve onto the air line----install the brazed plug into the sparkplug hole of the engine------connected a air compresser to it------ bring engine to TDC-----(little sight hole on cooler fan cover)----- charge the line with air--- listen closely for where the most air is coming from--------------from the carb/air cleaner= intake valve gap or it's just bad-------------from the exhaust= again valve gap or bad valve-------- from the breather tube= bad rings------
this is taking account the timing chain was installed correctly
