What pipe works best on the trikes? I considered cutting the stock header right before the muffler and welding the 6 bolt muffler attachment there. Does anyone sell a performance header and muffler in the $100-$150 range for the icebear trike?

I just welded on a pipe extension to my road warriors exhaust so it would accept EMGO slip-ons which have improved my low end and midrange mildly and greatly increased the sound quality. I'm very pleased for about 5$ worth of pipe, 120$ for both slip-ons, and a couple nuts/bolts to mount the brackets

Thanks guys. Looks like I'm going to take break out the welder! I'm going for sound more than performance. May even try to weld a split at the manifold base to run a slip on or another pipe on both sides.

Welding your own is probably your only option or, having one made. It's amazing what you can do with a mig welder, an angle grinder, some pipe and some flat black high temp paint.

I'm trying to find a good replacement that isn't $300. It's tough though. I just don't know if this EMGO would have enough back pressure for the trike. I also noticed it says 1-1/2 and 1-3/4 inlet. Does that mean it's tapered to fit both? Aren't the trikes 1-1/4"?
I don't mind loud as long as it's not straight pipe loud. LOL.
Hell, I may just stop by the muffler shop and see what they can do for me. I'm tired of JB Welding holes in these Chinese tin can mufflers.

Those are awesome mufflers. Still almost $300 though.
