Hello everyone! I have recently purchased a Chinese 150cc GY6 engine scooter and am excited about my investment. I have had lots of help from this forum and decided to join as my knowledge will increase and so will my availability to help. I am new to engines, oils, tools, tubes, valves, plugs, fuses, and anything to do with cars. I am trying to learn though, using all my resources available...Google ;D.

Hi Corny (jk)! I have a Chinese scooter too. Hoping it doesnt fall apart, but its what I could afford. I'm not very knowledgeable about engines either, but at least a scooter is a petty simple engine, they tell me . Wish there was an educational app to teach about engines (they always say "theres an app for that"), but not for engine education. Anyway, Have fun with your scoot!

Thank you Skuttadawg for the awesome and helpful link! And yeah Penner, it seems that most of the forums I now know that not only was this a great investment for gas mileage and fun, but for vehicular knowledge that I have lacked for 21 years!!! XD
