try charging the battery no luck we it did meritoriously turn on by itself and made weird sounds any ideas before i dismantle it?

Could you explain what the problem is, what you are said makes no sense. What motor does it have on it. If it has a Starter Clutch it could be the starter clutch maybe a Video or even a picture of the motor or whatever you have would help.

It could be a bad Solenoid, bad switch, weak battery bad starter etc..

Need some detail info to try and help.
