I have been riding a 150cc Velocity for almost years. I do all the maintenance including valve adjustment. I have put 2000+ miles on it and am rather pleased with it with top, speed at 55 mph. I have been looking at the Ice Bear Compeller and from the parts manual it shows a pull starter on the engine as well as electric start. Is there a pull starter? The China mopeds never did have a gook kick starter system. Also what is the actual top speed most say 55 mph +, seems rather slow.
Thank you Richard Hill

Yes it is a pull starter.
The reports I am getting back from my customers say that once these machines are broke in with average rider's weight they should cruise between 60 and 65.

I am old and slow, of course, ;D but I prefer 60 mph on the highway. Good compromise between speed and mileage, and it is a mile a minute, so it helps with the time expectations.
