Anyone know Who or Where I can get another one of these dash bezels? ???I don't want to just mess this one up.. I just bought A Vapor Stealth --- I want to redesign the whole dash bezel to have the Vapor under the clear plastic. Along with a new led volt gauge on the left and and new led fuel gauge on the right the attached picture is what I have now Taotao CY-150A As with all other Chinese Scooters you never know Who really made it or where to get the parts from Could just trace it on a piece of 1/4" plaxi glass and route the edges to drop in place... Gonna sticky tape the vapor to the speedo face first just to confirm total operation --- then "the games on" I know it's just a scooter--- I just like knowing what's going on with the engine more than the factory dash does Attachments:

I have the same exact scooter, and you and I are thinking along the same lines. I've already taken it apart; unfortunately it's a single piece, so you may have to fab a replacement. AFAIK Taotao (www.taotao.us) will probably sell you a replacement pod as a spare if you call them.
Let me know what you do and how it turns out!

I have already taken the gauge cluster apart the first weekend I got it---They left pieces of the plastic sheet that protect the clear parts from being scratched-- so i took it apart to pull the rest of it off--- very simple design-- easy to get too--
Tracing the bezel seems to be the game I'll be going with-- I just don't want any bike "down-time" while I play with the idea, So I was kinda' hoping someone here had the dash or really just the bezel I could get.
Hotstuff2--- have fun on yours-- I sure get some headturns with this front body style here in KY......By the way check those triple-tree bearings-- had to tighten mine 4 times so far
Have you put any LEDs in the 2 little marker light on the up front light assembly yet??? It lookes really nice -- I used White LEDs in mine

Wow that looks factory . Did the plugs work or did you have to MacGyver the wire up ? Does the new one have a tach ?

The unit has 1. 12v constant connector that i hooked up to the oem clock supply/ almost no drain of battery when Ing. is off 2. has a wire for the magnetic pickup of the Speedo. I used the magnet setup i installed earlier from a Bell cycle speedo i had before this one 3. has wire for engine temp that bolts under the spark plug 4. has wire for tach. i choose to Wrap the wire 8 times around the hi tension spark plug lead. unit will readout as bar graph or true numbers in lower right of screen
I installed it so if i ever have to take the dash off for service i'll have to just unplug the oem dash plug and just the other 4 on the unit itself

Here's a pic of the magnetic pickup mounting I did--- you have to look hard to find it if you didn't already know it was there. I used a "step bit" to resize the hole in the rotor to fit the neodenium magnet and also used J/B weld to hold it and the pickup Attachments:

Also added the am/fm/wb radio with bluetooth broadcast dongle at my left hand--- for ease of control-- got a Bilt Freedom Helmet w/bluetooth in it--- sure makes it more enjoyable ride- if need be I can swap the radio for any audio device that has the normal 3.5 headphone jack Attachments:
