Hi I am a younger guy living in omaha and I am looking into getting a scooter this year as my brother got me into ATv's and I want something to have some fun on.
I am looking on superiorpowersports.com and their site has several brands. I can't seem to figure out which brands each of them are except obviously the BMS bike. there is also RK, SSR, MB and SN. can anyone tell me what brands there are and which ones are the best? I was looking at the BMS heritage and decided it's too feminine for me. I then decided that the BMS legend was a good look but only in red. but my wife things scooters are dumb and so I am looking for a sporty look and decided on the RK type 79. In the photo it has a sticker that says MC-79-150. anyone know anything about this bike. like what it's really called?

howdy, welcome to the forum. i can't help with the info on specifics you asked for but if not mechanically inclined and experienced , wouldn't recommend any of those. check out kymcousa.com for reasonable price and less repair headache. piaggio might also interest you .
lotsa miles and smiles to ya

I am a mechanic in the air force and I rebuild 3 wheelers as a hobby, I don't mind getting my hands dirty. I am just trying to identify these bikes. I think RK is Roketa bikes.

Oooh Omaha, just 1-3/4 hours away from me. Welcome The only thing that would make a scooter look feminine to me is if it's pink or has flower decals on the side, there's lots of brands and models, just look at all of them for the ones you like best. Hank here has a pretty nifty looking Aprilla SR50 in his signature that doesn't look feminine at all, it would be one of the better makes too. I happen to like the retro-look best, the Honda Metropolitan suits me nicely, and the Genuine Buddy international really does

well depending on how much I get for my reenlistment bonus I was thinking of going after the BMS TBX-260. It looks Really nice in orange. I wonder how many people don't get their 1st color choice.
