Hi everyone, i have a 250cc sunl 2008. its the jonway. I am having blinker issues. When i put the bike away in fall the blinkers just started acting up. they would cut out and not work, sometimes they would blink real fast before they cut out, etc. Sometimes they wouldnt work for a few minutes, then just start working again. Like you could press the turn signal and they would work, then cut out, then start working again all on the same press over the course of a few minutes.
So i just ripped it all apart and i cant figure it out. It will work, then not work, blink fast... etc. When it doesnt work, no blinkers at all work front and back and there is no clicking noise. When they do work they all work. I took the switch off the handle and messed around with that and nothing on the switch makes the problem happen or correct it. Same with the relay, when they stop working, i tap on the relay and jiggle wires and nothing helps its just so intermittent.
Im a poor college student so I dont want to spend a lot taking it to a dealer to fix it.I do have a basic multimeter. What do you guys think? If you think its a 10 dollar part and i can fix it, give me ur opinions. I just cant risk riding it without them working right.

Thanks I finally figured it out. I had checked the fuses and everything and they were all good, but the vibrations must have been causing temp disconnects in the fuse box. I pulled out the fuse and slightly bent the fuse so its in there a lot tighter now, and its working fine.

Was it indeed the solution for you in the long run, your fix with the fuses? In my 250cc 2007 Jonway scooter, all of a sudden my blinkers decided not to work (I was riding when it happened). I have taken my switch off, thinking I need to find a new one. I have not been able to find any relay switch. (and I had the whole scooter apart almost.) A 2" tall black cylinder? I did not see such a thing. I do have a electric wiring diagram, but gosh, try to read the thing... besides those Chinese people call the turn signal a "winker". I also wiggled fuses and wires, everything is pretty taught. I also have a lot of wires with connectors that seem to not be connected to anything. I have been riding it just using hand signals, luckily the headlight and brake light work, but I also take my child on the back and just want to have the turn lights working again. Does anyone have a suggestion what to do? I am not a mechanic, but can pretty much follow logic. Is the switch, in the picture also the relay? Attachments:

I think what you're looking for is the flasher, it is located under the front plastics behind the headlight. Really a pain to get to. It is round and has (if I recall correctly) 3 wires going into it. Mine went out recently. I bought a universal flasher at the auto parts store to replace it, probably much better than what came it it. They cost about $10. It will take a bit of rewiring to change out the plugs, but may be worth the effort.
