A couple possible nice scoots for sale that I could pick up at a price I like including a Blur and a Sportcity 250. Each bike would require me to tippy toe or do the left foot lean at a light.
Is not being able to flat foot that big of a deal?
On slippery pavement it is recommended to go slow and have both feet out, but I only plan to ride the bike on nice day errands and pleasure riding.
Any thoughts?

Not a problem as the bike is normally balanced. You can always slide off the front of the seat and stand with the bike if the road surface looks suspect like stones or gritty.
