Anyone here ever converted an aircooled engine to using a water cooled block and head along with radiator and water pump etc . I saw a BBK for GY6 at MBE Powersports and wondered how it would be . I think only the block has water jackets but the head is where the heat is . My Jonway is designed where it has a grill upfront like for a radiator .
Saw some water cooled BBKs for 2Ts as well but need to see where a factory LC 2T has the radiator and see if I have enough to room for the extra parts .
Yes I know its more than a simple bolt on and would be custom but I can MacGyver anything but would like to hear from any who have done such of a conversion and do more research before buying stuff and not be able to use

i would think that if you check the part number for your "block" to the a/c or l/c block which ever way you wanted to go..if the blocks are the same part # then the heads sould fit either or. don't know i could be wrong.

I would think the head needs cooling more than the block . My Jonway Rockthunder has a grill already for a radiator woohoo
