www.powersportsmax.com ....They have the lowest price found for a 250cc scooter. I am a certified mechanic in another field so mechanical issues are expected and forgiven since the product comes from someone I don't know. Has anyone here had dealings with these guys and what are your thoughts? Thank you in advance.

They have replaced it with the 54. Make sure before you buy what year the 54B is, there is a lot of 2008s still floating around. Jim

I WOULD STAY AWAY....BASED ON WHATS BEEN POSTED HERE AND ON SOME OTHER FORUMS.....TO BE CLEAR THERE ARE SOME SATISFIED CUSTOMERS.....AND IF YOU ARE MECHANICALLY SKILLED....AND DO YOUR OWN PDI....WHICH YOU WOULD HAVE TO DO ANYWAY.....WITH JUST ABOUT EVERY CHINO OUT THERE...THAN YOU MIGHT WANT TO GO FOR IT.......OF COURSE WE CAN ONLY BUY WHAT WE CAN AFFORD.....BUT I WOULD NEVER BASE A DECISION ON WHETHER OR NOT TO PURCHASE FROM A GIVEN DROP SHIPPER......BECAUSE I COULD SAVE EVEN A FEW HUNDRED BUCKS......ONCE YOU BUY IT....LIKE IT OR NOT YOUR MARRIED TO IT.....

There are good drop shippers and there are bad. Always do your homework before you decide to buy. Just like you did, read and ask questions on forums, check the BBB and make a phone call.

Yep. I just got a 150cc from them. They suck, are impossible to communicate with, and shipped me a very damaged bike.Do not deal with these jerks. Any money you save purchasing from them will be swiftly lost repairing their damages.
It was Powersportsmax who ruined my scoot, and it is Powersportsmax that refuses to honor their warranties or send replacements for damages. My bike came with a two-inch hole in the battery, acid everywhere, both mirrors broken off the bike, and EVERY lower panel destroyed. Not to mention a floor mat from a different bike, and a very sketchy PDI ( W
