I just got an 09 about 2 months ago for my 6 mile traffic choked commute. I got a used one off craigslist. I should have bought a new one, this one needed a little TLC, the carb was gummed up so I replaced it. I've put about 400 miles on it so far and really like it. The quality is better than my lance/Znen 150. I should have just sprung for a new one, but I wasn't sure about the Tomos. LOVE the blue. Good luck with it!
