So the latest rage is the occupy movement, correct? We have 'Occupy Wallstreet" (great big laugh) 'Occupy Chattanooga' (even bigger laugh), and MANY other 'Occupy(fill in the blank)' movements. Has anyone ever thought of occupying something in a positive manner? I am trying to get a club going in my area, and I cant seem to peak anyone's interest. Of course I really haven't been able to get out that much either, however, with Spring only a month away (THANK GOD), I think it best to get on the road with some things. I want to OCCUPY THE ROAD! I want it to be occupied with the smallest 49cc and on up to the grand Burgman 650 Executive. In Chattanooga we have several motorcycle/2wheeled vehicle friendly events in the Spring and on through the Fall, it would be a shame if we didn't gather as many scoots as possible. What is going on in your neck of the woods that scoots could 'Occupy'?

sounds great i would love to get a bunch of scooter riders together and riding we have the harley drags and many car events here in bowling green ky

I occupy my chair.
I once joined a group called "Change the World". It was a group without a cause. We met for several months deciding what we would rally for. We ended up just drinking coffee and beer.

I at first supported the occupied movement as a peaceful form of protest, but it seems to have turned now into something else. And to be honest I believe the message has been lost.. Unemployment, Homeless, Wallstreet taxpayer funded bailouts, and many others being shoved down our throats, all were great causes to protest, And at the time I agreed with occupiers.
I do believe their message has been lost, I think it's time they find a better way to protest other than throwing condoms at catholic girls.
If u want to start a movement start or join a scooter club in your area, look in the scooter clubs thead, and big guy has some great tips to get you started.
