Just got back from an excellent ride. Really cold but sunny and calm. Four layers on top, two wind proof.Three layers on bottom, two wind proof. It took a Loooong time for Yoshi to get warmed up, smoked a lot (the bike), but finally off we went. I could feel the wind pressing against me and hear the whistle of my faceshield, but I was warm and toasty. Yoshi was having a great time, power up the steepest hills and confident in the turns. I lasted about an hour till the needle went into the red and I decided to come home. By then the cold was beginning to soak through. Go out and enjoy!

I went for a ride on both scooters today . Man they were both strong . Man my feet are still cold . Tomorrow I will have the Gerbings heated jacket liner , gloves , the shoe insoles will be next week .
I should install the led headlights for extra juice for the Gerbings !!!!!
When my feet warm up , I will install the larger variator and see what kind of a difference it will have .

Yea I'm reading that, 6.4 amps, 77 watts is beyond the power for a scooters 8 pole stator....

thats at full power , 11pole stator 125watts and running voltage stayed above 13.2 , still positive .I figure let it idle for a little while after starting it up to replenish used power in starting . turn it on low when I get rolloing and increase as needed . Shut it down at my destination and let it idle for a few min . As it is the batteries are weak in the cold , i have room in the battery compartment for a larger battery .

well I got the gerbings items , the jacket liner and gloves today . The insoles were not in stock . I hooked it to the bike . Tested the charging voltage I can run the jacket liner full power and gloves full power no problem . The ride was short I turned off both for the better part of the ride .

I went out yesterday evening - in the 40's here. Took a trip to Sam's Club - that's interesting on a scooter. Brought a duffle bag with me - could only get what could fit into it, then bungee tied it to the back seat. Beautiful evening. With a few layers on top and 2 on the bottom, nice and warm!

today was 23 degrees had to take a bus to get groceries and taxi home. { monthly shopping is just to much for Chrissy to carry we only do --oops forgot to get &*%$ w/e }so got it all into freezer and refrig and put away. looked out and saw the sun break out. went down turned the lil heater on in the "tent garage" to get her warm. went up, started layering up, did a couple bong hits decided to wear wet gear to break wind full face and out for 2 hrs. 56 miles.
i am not sure about the BORIC ACID im a do the speed limit type of girl so, im not sure if its helping.
once we get above 45-50 degrees im gonna adjust the valves that may help
BUT OH YEAAAAAAAAAAAaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa was a great ride
