I don't remember having a day like that.
its interesting how the creative intellectual capacity of the arts seems to be going down in this culture, at first i watched comedians fall into the trap only making jokes at others expense.
I walked into a theater about 7 years ago and the owner told me it was a bad day for american movies, by a count of 1, over half the movies he was showing were -remakes- and bad ones at that.
For me, like roman times what a country laughs at is a big indicator of how far up the latter they have got as adults, the commercial would indicate not very far.
Evil kitty's find of a sports car ad that promoted killing bikers and taking a motor cycle part as trophy was much worse, sorta straight out of the movie "Predator" another artistic low.
On the other hand, it was reflective of the worse side of bikers and funny as h3ll
hahahahahahahahahah

Personally I thought it was funny. It said to me that your wild inner child can be satisfied without the inconvenience of the "typical" wild child. Some people do well with it, while others who want to feel it don't really fit into the lifestyle. Basically, grow up and get a Jetta.
What's sad about creatives these days is that the true creatives aren't in the mainstream anymore. Typical creative endeavours aren't "creative" anymore. They are business who look at the least risky way to make millions of dollars. Forget about making a movie because you have a story to tell... make money now and the way to do that is by selling entertainment you KNOW people will buy. Anyway, there are only about 13 distinct storylines that exist. The only way to make a different one is in the storytelling itself.
I can't believe the remade "Footloose"!
Now they're shooting a remake of "Gone with the Wind"? Blasphemy!

What is interesting to me is the literary level of the people on this forum. Bright educated people. We are in better hands than most people know. Cheers
