Get a 4-way tire valve stem tool, at Wal*Mart about $1.88 and includes 4 valve cores too, and check to see IF the valve cores are tight. My rear tire kept losing 20#'s every 2 days. Turns out it was about 1 turn loose. It's fine now after 3 days. If it starts losing air again, I'll replace the valve core with one of the 4 I got w/the tool and see what happens. Good Scootin to ya, wooddogg. ;D

You're welcome dawgs!
Mine was made by "Slime".
And so far...so good, still holding perfect pressure, so I haven't had to swap out valve cores yet.
Thx, wooddogg.

while checking your valve cores check the stem it self for cracking that can leak just spray some soaping water on them and look for bubbles

Slime also comes in a spray can now you don't have to remove the valve stem to inject the splooge.

well i have to chime in on this one. mine was losing pressure big time in about a day in a half my tire would be flat. so i bought slime, tire valves and pressure read caps. i put the changed the tire valves first saw improvement. so i them put in the slime. that fixed it no more issues. but i also got a tire repair kit and a foot pump and put in my trunk just in case.

Yep better valve stem will prevent leaks . The temp has effect on the air in the tires too , thats why when it has a sudden cold front some tires leak or go flat .
Fill your tires with nitrogen instead of air and not only are less effected by temps but last longer and since nitrogen is inert no explosion in a blowout . Truckers and racers have used nitrogen in tires for years . Almost no tire shop offers it as they want your tires to wear out so you buy more like when they stopped truing tires . Truing tires the shave off perfections so thats more a perfect circle so it has a smoother ride and lasts longer .
The last full serve station here closed so the attendant with red rag in back pocket are only in the good oledays . Im a mom and pop patron and try to avoid franchise stores

Those billet aluminum valves are pretty cool! $30 bucks though. I bet you need to balance your tires when you put those on.
