Those would definitely be helpful. At the moment the only cold part of my body is my cheeks. I'll definitely have to look into getting a face mask. I'm just concerned when I walk into the bank that they don't think I'm sticking up the place. LOL

I have a balaclava or hood that goes under helmet and coat its great for keeping cold air off my neck . The only bad part is my helmet is so snug that its awkward to put on my eyeglasses since thin wirey frames . Im getting some rec specs . I have it to wear it opens all the way over my face instead of only eyes like a ninja mask , but sometimes it makes it harder to see around the edges . I think a collar or neck and chest thingy would work better for those who wear glasses like me . I did not like a scarf as I had to wrap it so tight to prevent if from flapping .

I too where glasses and my helmet is snug tight like yours. It is Full face and that helps alot when riding the scoot. But when it's snow and ice i keep warm with the too in my frist post to keep dry and warm as i am not going to risk driving when the roads are bad.

I returned my balaclava and exchanged it for a neck and chest cover . I also got some REAL gloves as ski gloves suck . Was so cold I had to put rubber gloves underneath my old ones . New ones are water and wind proof plus has plastic knuckle cover and sleeve . Was 60 on sale for 25 Hurricane by Bilt . I also bought thermal underpants , like long johns but synthetic fiber thats windproof and water resistant , was 50 on sale for 20 . All three are super sweet on chilly rides . Saw a guy return some overpants and said " I guess I have to go to Kmart and get pantyhose " lol . So I guess there is something to the pantyhose thread . Im glad it does not cold enough here to for those , haha , the Freezeouts are great . I got everything at www.cyclegear.com they hace lots of clothes and accessories most would enjoy as I have .

I get a laugh out of wearing my balaclava and gloves into a store . I had one guy jump in frontof me trying to do some wack Karate . I told him I have a CWP and a .45 he stopped lol . Most of the time I pull the openingdown to expose my face but most local stores know me so well . I had one clerk say if she did not see my scooter she was about to hit the alarm button lol

Isn't that crazy just how paranoid we as a society have become. A few day ago I read about a man that was shot and killed by police for having his pocket knife out, he was a wood carver by trade and was crossing the street while carving a piece of wood...
I guess nobody asked him anything, obviously the police are in a lot of hot water over this one.. but I remember when a pocket knife was just something every man carried, not now days

I have had a pocket knife in my pocket since the 3rd grade and feel naked without one . I got pulled over once and had a gun lighter , it looks real close to a .25 and the cop freaked out and told the other one I was armed lol . They changed the law here in SC that a lockblade can only be 2.5 inches in your pocket , any larger must be in a sheath or its a concealed weapon .
I had to throw away toe nail clippers when I took a plane for my first time . I guess they thought I would threaten the pilot with a pedicure

Well I like the hoodie ( to get back on topic) it looks warm and practical..

No, but the first thing they want to do when they get off the plane is to light up. And they don't want to go searching for a lighter.

You can have matches but not a lighter

Not a gas butane lighter but a wick lighter fluid style lighter.
