Anyone ever ordered from www.extremescooters.biz? They have several models I'm looking at, and was just wondering about customer service, shipping times, etc.? Primarily, do they cover warranty easily with no problem? I don't mind swapping parts or doing the labor, but if there is a bad part, I don't want a 2 month argument so they don't have to pay a few dollars out. Thanks for any input anyone has! Sean

Went ahead and ordered from them last Thursday 12/1. Scooter arrived today at work, so only 1 week shipping from California to coastal South Carolina. Had the scoot out of the crate and mirrors on, and battery filled in my 30 minute lunch! After work, I'll get some gas in it, make sure it starts, and then do full PDI. extremescooters.biz so far has been very easy to deal with, and have been very quick on email response. So far, HIGHLY recommended!

I had to read their warranty and they do not do warranties according to their warranty (disclaimer page) www.extremescooters.biz/warranty-support.aspx"Please locate the brand product you have below to find the process of receiving warranty service. Warranties are offered by Manufacturer's and with most of our products the Manufacture and/or Importer handles the warranty directly with the customer. If you have any issues contacting the Manufacture for service, please let us know so we can help. Kimda scares me that the customer has to deal with the Manufacturer/Importer. Jim

safe to figure there is: NO WARRANTY.....but that is why extremescooters.biz prices remain so low.
