OK, I know that there are issues with some(all) of these DF150TKA reverse trikes. My eyes are wide open, so no flames please. I am saving my money for a new trike in the spring. My problem is I weigh alittle(lot) more than the average guy. I thought about the 300cc version of this trike but it is bigger and heavier than I want to deal with. So I am thinking about getting a crate engine 180-200CC to replace the stock 150, and hopefully get my fat ass up to around 60-65mph. Can any of you present or past ownwers of the 150cc version tell me if its, short case, long case, or long case with disk brake caliper? How long is the drive shaft? Thanks for the help and any comments Mike Attachments:

My GY6 on the Sunny says 150cc3W. Good luck getting it up to 60-65. Some say it gets hairy around 45-50 as far as handling. I jacked mine up and when I pull on the front wheels from above and below there is a good 1/4 inch play. You can have mine for 1,000 and a lot of PDI has already been done. Its only run on the kickstand!

IS ANYONE OUT THERE HAPPY WITH THIER DF150TKA?? Thanks Mike

The 300 is bigger and rides much better. 60 and 65 on that thing I have never heard of...Sounds like you may even need a bigger trike. I like 65mph and so I got a Honds Reflex scooter. But I sure wish my Magnum 300 could perform like the Honda cause I sure miss the comfort of the trike.

I had a Honda Reflex for a few months Many years ago and it balanced fine even at very slow speeds! I hate to say it but I think many people looking for the cheap china made trikes would be better off saving a little more and getting a used Paiggio MP3 or just a more dependable used Honda, Yamaha, Piaggio or similar model. Mine was a $2,300 mistake?

Mine did not have the brake caliper as shown, I took it off to change the out of round rear wheel and it was on the opposite side (Or right side as looking from the rear.)

I'm happy with mine.... don't know the answers to your other questions, though.
