Whats the largest tires I can use ??????

My CFmoto Echarm has 100/80/16 on front with 110/80/16 rear . I have looked with limited supply for rear but lots of 120 + with some having a speed rating of s =112mph and t=118 mph while most16s are p=93mph . Yes I know I can not exceed 100mph unless highly modded . I do like the idea of having tires beyond capabilities so that its safer at high speeds I am pretty sure I can go up a size on front and rear but not sure above 1 size larger . I noticed that some tires say specifically front or rear while some Avon say ether . I know most motorcycles have taller tire in front and shorter wider in the rear . I think it would be best if both tires were the same size on my scooter instead of rear wider than front .

So has anyone here tried bigger tires than what their scooter came with ? If so what were your results on ride quality and clearances

I went from a 4.00-12 to 140/70/12 which are roughly the same height but as wide as I can go without rubbing. I like the better stability and it was the widest tire I can safely put on my 3.5 inch wide wheel.
