As seen here I bought my scooter from powersportsmax.com with a fair ton of apprehension after reading through the horror stories here and other places across the internet. I first called them and got a rushed but friendly person on the other end, and after asking to make sure their website worked properly, quickly decided to hang up due to a poor phone connection. I then went to the website to order the scoot I had picked, after hours and hours of deliberation. The order went fine and they said 7-10 days (I think) and the scooter would be at my house. They did a beautiful job of emailing me whenever there was a transition in the order, be it order receiving, moving the order to their warehouse, or on the truck to my house, each time I got an email stating what was up. They emailed me to let me know I'd been charged as well (which didn't happen immediately). The trucking company they use is R&L and they called me on a Friday to schedule a delivery on the following Monday (Scooter was bought on a Friday, they called the following Friday). I was pleased to see R&L as they are a company my work deals with a lot so I had a bit of faith in them. The delivery guy shows up on the Monday, I show him where in the garage I wanted the box, he set it right where I wanted it and was a pleasure to deal with. For an added bonus he seemed to be interested in the scooter as I unboxed it to check for damage, he was also friendly to my little girl who was there watching. Really my only concern thus far was a big tear in the box that the scooter came in but that proved a non-issue once I got in there and checked it out, no damage was done, at all. All in all, so far, it couldn't have been a more pleasant experience, and it now seems as safe as buying something from Amazon.

I'm now awaiting my MSO paperwork which I just requested either yesterday or this morning. I'm anxious to see how long it takes to get here... I'll update here once that comes rolling in.

So, to summarize, PowerSportsMax.com has been lovely, so far.

Update- My MSO paperwork showed up in the mail yesterday. Now comes the pain in trying to get my sccot titled and registered and all that junk. All in all, for PowerSportsMax.com they've done wonderfully. They, unknowingly, made a terribly nerve wracking scooter buying experience lovely.

Oh yeah, if the admin could merge this with the other PowerSportsMax thread, that would be great, and I apologize again for not looking around hard enough.
