Lance Venice 150

so i got a bone stock '07 lance venice a little over year ago for a daily rider to work. i couldn't pass it up as it was only $500! to this day, it's been great with typical scooter problems for it's age/mileage.

just recently, being a car guy, mods to the scooter were bound to happen. here's what i've done so far

body - rattle can flat white/black






intake - uni filter w/ cai






ignition - performance CDI, performance coil, and NGK spark plug


exhaust - performance muffler w/ header




cvt - performance variator w/ rollers, 1.5k torque and clutch spring


other - fuel/vacuum lines and 125 main jet


future project - hid bi-xenon projector retrofit

so it's been almost a year since i've had the chance to work on the my hid retrofit, but it's finally done and it's great!

here's the projector installed. blacked out the reflector and the shroud and painted the inner ring of the shroud red to tie in with current paint scheme.


lens re-installed with silicone


opens at the back of housing are sealed with high temp silicone.
