How do you fix front-end vibration? Every time I take-off the front-end rattles like crazy.

Check and see if the tire is out of round. If the rattles start on take off could be many things and not in the front end....Could be the seat rear section that viberates when engaging or something eles on the trike as the sounds go forward...Check the bulbs in you lights and any thing you can

CHECK THE TIRES TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE NOT OUT OF ROUND. OR pop the bead. Lube it soap, and re-bead it. The beads need to be flush all the way around the rim

I've not had this problem with mine but I'm inclined to guess tire as well. For the cost of a new one if yoju are going to break it down I would just go ahead and put a new one on. If you have the means jack the front of the bike up and set up a steady jig to measure tire spin. Spin the front tire and see if it moves or hits the jig. Also check the front fork bolts for tightness and ensure your forks have not slipped any (remote but worth looking at).
