Has anyone ever dealt with them? I have been there twice and both times the mechanic, I guess just says the boss is not here come back. I do not live that close and just wondering if it is worth a third trip out.

Well it is very simple, Call first before wasting a trip. Ask when the SO CALLED BOSS is going to be there or if he is there ASK him your questions or ask what days and time he is in to take care of business. Lefty

I have called and was told they were moving to a new location and come down on saturday I did, that was the first trip. Now when I call it goes to a guy named Mark voicemail with no mention of Scootercity. The new location is more of a workshop than a showroom, just looking for some feedback on character I guess before I start playing phone tag with someone.

Well if they are like this NOW think how it will be if you have a problem! I would write them off quicker than sh!t. Leftyl

They were a good shop and I bought my first scoot (Benelli M50) there. But they have moved to a different location and when I went by there it was not a store just a small space in a row of warehouses. Not too sure what it up with them.
