Sure looks like the Tire to me, I was watching the rim and I did not see it wobbleing. But you could check if it is the RIM, Take a Marker and Hold it A little hair away from the Rim at the bottom and spin the tire if the rim is out the marker will leave a mark. Lefty

Do you think they just throw the tire on without regard to whether it is fitting properly . Do you take wheel off from right side by taking off muffler and brake calipers first?

Sarge, Looks like the tire to me also. I guess we can throw out the statemant made at Donfang's web pages about the fact that they Dynamo-meter test of each vehicle, as it leaves their factory. This would be tough to do with empty gas tanks, improperly installed fuel pumps and wobbling tires. Make sure you take note of the inspection number that they were kind enough to package with the license frame. :-) Maybe some day Tim

No Wonder it Handled Bad when I took it for a ride around the block with the centering device on! The tire pushes you a different way every Half turn. How did the Dongfang factory crew ever start these up? I can get a new Kenda shipped for $43 and have my BRP dealer mount it as they do motorcycles and scooters. I will ride it one of these Days?

Really, I would question a $30.00 Tire. Tires that cheap are usually 2nds or 3rds in other words some Defect. And you will not know what defect it has, if your lucky it is not out of round defective and just is a blemished tire.
You get what you pay for, and scrappy will NOT TAKE IT BACK. Lefty

Sarge, Just ask them if they are 1sts and NOT 2nds or 3rds, and if it takes more than 3oz of weights to balance they will exchange it. If a tire is spin balanced and needs more than 3oz of weights to balance it is TO FAR OUT OF ROUND and will not roll smooth. Lefty
