I ordered a scooter from these guys almost two months ago and still haven't got it. If you try to call their phone number to talk to the shipping dept. it's just a automated message telling you to email them. If you select any other dept you might get an answer but they'll just try to transfer you to the automated message.
I spoke with the parts dept today and they told me that the parts dept and the scooter dept are two separate sister companies. I have emailed them constantly and have only gotten one reply with excuses. Ranging from my email being sent to their spam box, shipping issues for the week and not having a second color choice which I clearly specified when I ordered.
In all steer away from this company like the plauge

Sounds like Roketa Parts Online. They won't answer emails and phone is always busy.

muvain, If you paid by credit card email them and tell them if you don't have your scooter by the end a reasonable time frame you will contact your credit card company and dispute the charges. I would think that two months is more than enough time to deliver a scooter unless you bought it with the understanding that you would except extended delivery terms. I bet if RapidJim would sell you a scooter and it took two months he sure as heck be on the phone with you explaining why and what your options would be.

I already did that two weeks ago and already disputed the charges today. I talked to one of the guys at the sister parts company and he told me to email them to cancel the order, but I just went ahead and disputed the charges. I guess if the price is too good, it probably is

Why do people continue to buy scooters from these loser companies instead of using tried and true dealers who advertise and post on this forum? Am I missing something? Does the fact that companies on this forum have been in business for many years, have hundreds of satisfied customers who post here and offer discounts and price matches for the same products mean nothing to people? Call me crazy! (no really , go ahead)

Most people on here are probably like me and learning from trial and error about scooters. Lot of people are on here because there is no outside help (dealers) close to them. I wish someone would start a topic on good dealers, parts people and list which kind of scooter they sell parts for. Also the kind of scooters they want to sell parts for. It shouldn't take a month to get a part and it would also be nice if you could talk to a real human when you have problems with parts. Sending them back with a %15 restocking fee and shipping charges suck. (roketapartsonline)

Well not every good and reputable dealer advertises here. There are thousands of dealers who sell online, so obviously there will be many who are bad. Who says we have to purchase from a Scootdawg sponsor or become a sponsor if we have a good reputation?
