Ordered some parts monday....got no type of shipping conformation so I emailed them Weds and some one wrote me back yesterday stating that my stuff was indeed shipped FedEx. Checked the tracking number, The tracking number didn't exist....waited till tonight....checked the tracking number....doesn't exist... Called FedEx to backtrack and give my name and address with the shipment was supposed to be delivered to and where it was supposed to be coming from they told me they have nothing to this address. WTF?? I tried calling and leaving a message....nothing.....I tried emailing them back to let them know the tracking number they gave to me was either wrong or they didn't ship anything.....nothing back from them This is a company that has been great to me and others here for a long time but now i'm re-thinking using them again what should I do??

Are you sure you've got everything right? Scrappy always uses USPS AFAIK......call him on the phone.

Like Blue said Scrappy always uses USPS.
Contact him Tuesday after the long holiday weekend is over. If you left him a message Friday Night then he probably won't get it until Tuesday when he gets back from the long weekend anyway.

I seem to remember a Fed Ex story involving an engine from Scrappys that didn't go so well. I think it depends on what you order. Everything I have received was thru USPS but Scrappys does use Fed Ex also.

Rob it is peek season for the scooter biz , I would imagine its an oversite .
How have are you doing otherwise ?

Nay, its a Hoilday Weekend, he is blowing your money at The Venetian Resort Tuesday when they return IF they are silber they will process your order. Couldn't help myself Lefty
