Honda dealers often have seals that will fit and they are better quality... you will need to get the exact dimensions and talk to them..
If the leak is not too bad I would clean the seals really well and try high temp red RTV silicone...I have brought many engines back from seal replacement using that.. but cure it two days...

I use Castrol 4 T - 10W40 motorcycle oil, some use 15W40 oil for diesel engines...
I don't like synthetic oil because it leaks on these sloppy fitting engines.. but other swear by it...

excellent thank you! I'm going to change that out along with when the seals come in. I looked up some manuals but any tricks to changing the seals out?

sprocket - just noticed the post about Honda seals. No idea how I missed it. I ordered these new ones (it was $10 shipped). I'll change them out and if it starts to leak again I'll go with the Honda one. I saw someone else posted that they were able to get ones a little bit bigger but they worked just fine. thank you once again
Change my mind, if I'm going to do it, I might as well do it right. Just ordered the Honda seal and will go with replacing that one. Just need to figure out the pullers now.

Thought I'd wake up this old thread. I just got a ZNEN ZN150T-F. I wonder what you put in the rear gear? I am thinking Rotella 15W-40 for both motor and gears I had the rear body off and the CV cover off and blew out all of the rubber dust.
For the work to access the air filter, at 1000 miles I didn't expect the filter to be nearly spotless. It has a foam pre-filter and the whole airbox has a foam pre-filter, and they were all clean.
For the rollers/sliders, above someone said they come with a set of 17g. Were the 13.5g units too light?
Has anyone got a owners manual for this or any of the clones.
I am also thinking I may replace the front shocks ASAP or sooner. They seem pretty weak. Best source for shocks?
Maybe I will think of more questions later. Thanks.

I just bought a 2008 TNG VOLARE 150 from craigslist....he wanted 1200, i gave him 700....it had 90 miles and one previous owner his uncle(old guy from florida)....he drove it 80 miles came to ohio where he garaged it until i bought it.... the engine is super clean and i am about to do the gear oil as i just hit 300....i use castrol 10w 40 and changed the oil as soon as i got it and again at 200....i rinsed the case with fresh oil and it was coming through clear:)).......it runs really good... the guy said he cleaned the carb cause it starts rough when cold.....but it still had the plastic on the locks....the brakes are ok......one of the screws to the master cylnder is in on a little angle and seems hard to get out( didnt touch it) and after about 200 my back brakes started to squeek a little.......but i love this scoot over all and plan on keeping up on the maintence....

For these GY6 scoots, we recommend 80/90 gear oil for the gearbox, and 15w40 diesel oil for the crankcase. Motorcycle oil is made for bikes that have a wet clutch - has friction enhancers, not the best for bikes with the dry clutch.

Great...thanks for the info...i just did the gearbox with the 80/90 gear oil....i will switch to diesel oil in a few days since i just changed the oil again....I have 330 on it now and I have done the oil twice and gear oil once.....The brakes work good but the discs seem to rub a little front and back....and the tires slowly loose air pressure.......looks like everyone says to replace the valve stems. Any other tricks of the trade to keep me safe and running right......I am going to purchase a unrestricted cdi and coil to go along with the ngk plug I got that i havent put in yet...I cant stop riding it enough to do anyting to it yet..........I do also have a stripped screw in the brake fluid resivoir......any ideas on how to get it out....it got worse when i tried a bigger screwdriver....

yea, those brake pads will be a bit noisy - try spraying some brake parts cleaner spray on them. The CDI on the 150 is usually already unrestricted. For the fluid reserviour screw - best to drill it out and replace - clean all surfaces well when opening it and don't get brake fluid on any plastic surfaces - wash with water. Check all nuts and bolts - especially the exhaust manifold nuts, the swing arm mounting bolts...etc Enjoy the ride!

For sad counter-sunk philips screws, such as the reservoir, a smaller Dremel thin disc is great, especially if the disc is worn to a smaller diameter you can cut the screw head enough for a straight blade. Besides cutting a slot, the heat and vibrations make it easy to get the screw out. Use a tiny bit of anti-seize on a new screw. A brass screw should do the job if you can find one in metric. The brass resists the galvanic welding. Changing all 4 screws, draining all the fluid and bleeding them with good brake fluid is a good idea while your at it.
Chamfering the leading and trailing edges of the brake pads can help quiet them down. Use a file, and don't breath the dust/filings.

Just realized the thread is still on-going, great to see.
I'm getting up to my 2000 maintenance point without any major issues. Still have a small leak around the CVT of gear oil but wondering if it's just the breather tube.
Looking at changing the oil, CVT oil and spark spark plug. Any other recommendations? The brake pads rub a little for me, not too bad but thought about replacing them as well. Any recommendations?
