I'm a small dealer looking for a well stocked distributor with wholesale distributor pricing that uses part #s. I'm tired of trying to inventory and order by part description especially ordering. Help if you can.

spandh - We have a part numbering system and wholesale pricing, all of which can be imported into your business system via CSV file, but unfortunately all parts still need to be determined primarily by engine size and configuration first for Chinese product. The Chinese just don't use a build system that allows for the clean and easy part look up that the Japanese and Euro manufacturers enjoy. Your three largest scooter parts distributors are : www.partsforscooters.comwww.scooterworks.comwww.mrp-speed.comAlso, most of the wholesale scooter distributors also have parts programs outside of their franchised OEM offerings (such as Wildfire, for example), but that is usually limited to replacement parts for the scooters they distribute. The above three also offer accessories and items that many dealers find that they need to stock in addition to OEM replacement parts. Obviously each company has a different take on customer service, return policies and so on, so it is worth it to contact each and find out which will work best for you. You may also find that phone service varies company to company, so sometimes making a choice based on the level of service you require is an even better determining factor than overall dealer margin. I think you'll find that dealer margin is acceptable for each however. Matt
