talauster: Your e-mail message is very hard to follow. I assume your total problem that you are complaining about is the coil mount?? If it has broken loose then yes you need to reweld it. Did you get a full PDI before you rode this trike? If not you need to do so and judging by the problem you have had I would do one anyway. If your dealer did not change ALL the fluids, replace the chinese spark plug, check ALL the nuts and bolts and screws then you will be in for a miserable time on this trike. They work quite well but require extensive "PREFLIGHT" before you just get out and ride.

Why does the COIL need to be on a Welded Piece? Can you not just zip tie it to the frame so that it does not dangle making sure there is enough Slack on the Coil wire going to the Plug so that movement does not pull the Boot off the Plug? Lefty

It is not a big deal....I zip tied my coil to the frame in the same area. You bo not need to weild it dack. As for the wire plugs bundled on frame comming un pluged. If you look real good you will see the spark plug wire was jumping causing puessure on wires to that bundle, just cut bundle tie and re-route so cable and plug wire are not jumping/touching any wires, they will come unpluged.
I had to replace regulator because of that.

only a 30 day warranty?,the warranty on my IB tornado is 90 days you should still be under warranty I'd check with the manufacture , sounds like you didn't do a PDI, shouldn't have taken them more than a week to get the paper work to you, did you have to send the VIN# to them after you got the bike?
