hi Jim here i have a bad shake at low speed but goes away at about 25 mph wheel is tight no damage any help would be great thanks Jim

Is it a shake or a left to right wobble? If it's wobbling tighten your axle/hub castle nuts and repin. They need to be as tight as you can get them and the pin needs to be going through whichever set of holes will keep the nut from turning AT ALL.
If it is just a shake or vibration it could just be from the engine getting up to speed causing some harmonics. Your carb could also need to be adjusted.
You could also have a tire out of round or out of balance.
