Join us for the second annual A-Town Rumble. A Moped and Scooter Rally to benefit the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. We’re planning to swarm the state capital and other points of interest while raising money for a great cause. So mark your calendar for July 9, 2011 and come to Albany! Registration Fee: $25 What You Get: Rally t-shirt Coffee, juice, & donuts Guided tour through Capital District Free moped/scooter pickup in the event of mechanical failure This will be an epic journey split along 2 routes - One for the 50cc and under crowd, another for the over 50cc riders. Along the way we will visit Parks, the state Capital, Dead Presidents and a Waterfall. Both groups will meet up at the end of the run at a floating restaurant for lunch, munchies, drinks and / or dessert:) 100% of the registration fee proceeds go to JDRF, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. This is one of the few rallies within reasonable riding distance for me. Too bad it is the day before I leave on my long trip to Michigan. Lots of good luck. Hope you raise lots of money.
