Just wanted to vent and give everyone a heads up about problems I had with Recon Motorsports in Phoenix.
I had a head replace on a BMS 200 in February and immediately returned to Colorado. The weather here just turned nice enough to get it out and I experienced a significant oil leak. This was the first time it was even started. I had it looked at here and found that there was a problem with the head gasket. My local mechanic checked it out and it looks like Recon tried to fix or hide the leak with some form of mastic.
When I talked to Recon, they weren't even interested in seeing the photos of the problem and they definitely wouldn't even discuss covering any part of the expense of fixing the problem. They are trying to hide behind it being more than 30 days. Try riding in Colorado in March! On top of that, I found that they overcharged me by 50%.

Good News! After, Chris, the owner of Recon Motorsports got involved in this incident and reviewed the photos and spoke with his service team, he agreed that my experience was not up to their normal standard and provided a complete refund. This was even more than I had asked for or expected.
This resolution shows that any business can have an off day but the real measure is in how they react and resolve the issue. My hat is off to Chris.
