I am looking to purchase an RK 250 from SPS - how was it dealing with them? My initial contact with them - asking questions - was quick, immediate and helpful.
There present D rating with the BBB does give me a moment or two hesitation - although, from what I am reading (on this forum) is that they have gotten too busy for their own good which is causing them delays in responses etc.

Honestly, I believe everyones experience is different with them. Especially depending on what Service they use to ship your product to you. ( fedex, wragtime express etc) But it does "Seem" that they did atleast a decent PDI, considering it had an NGK plug, fresh motor and gear oil, and the carb was adjusted and it ran fine. it also was clear they had taken it out of the box from the drop shipper because it was magled and completely black taped together, All in All, Id do business with them again. Hope that answers your question

It answers it quite well. I am very pleased to hear that their PDI covers the fluids... I guess "all" I have to do is take it down to the bones and check the electrics and bolts. Was originally looking at their 150s but considering for about $300-500 more I can get a 250 it looks like this is the direction to go. Many thanks - and I look forward to borrowing a few of your mods when I feel comfortable after my purchase
