sterling Is it a 150cc??? If you would, tell me what trike you have that has a 22 tooth front drive sprocket so I can order one... Please!!!
As far as I know the largest front drive sprocket for the Ice Bear Trikes is 30 teeth, which is what mine had... I've since gone down to a 24 tooth, but would like to try a smaller one yet...

Wildman, Sterling has a 300cc and that is probably why they put on a 22 tooth sprocket to pull the extra weight and SLOW THE BUGGER DOWN a little(HEHE).
Maybe the Sprockets are interchangable? Someone with a 300cc would have to take theirs off and take good pictures of them and measure the inside diameter and number of splines. I have the 24 Sprocket I could do the same then we would all know and then have a choice of 22,24,29.
The Largest Front Sprocket for the 150s is 29 Teeth, the Rear Sprocket on the Differential has 30 teeth. Mine came with a 24 tooth front Sprocket and I put on a 29 tooth sprocket. Lefty

Hi, It's a WJ200ST-6 trike, i ordered a new secondary clutch and the unit came with the sprocket attached and it has 22 teeth, i thought putting a larger one on would give me more top speed but don't know how many teeth i need, does it go with how many the rear sprocket has, regards, bob.

AH, so yours is a 250cc. I am sure you Rear Sprocket is up there with about 30 teeth, Normally you would ADD teeth to the Front sprocket and Go Down on the Rear Sprocket. The other way for more bang for the buck is change the Tranny Gears that your Clutch Drives. Lefty

Sterling, You may want to call Ice Bear, and ask if the 29 TOOTH Sprocket for the 150 trikes will fit yours. Now If you take yours off and measure the I.D and numbr of Splines and the width, I have my OEM 24 tooth sprocket I can measure and if they match. Then you can just order a 29 tooth sprocket from Ice Bear, that is what I did when I heard they had a 29 tooth sprocket for it. Lefty Here is the 24 tooth sprocket:

If you go from a 22 tooth to a 29 tooth sprocket you may not have enough power to get any more speed from it being it is a big diff in the power it would require to push it faster , in fact you may be going slower. I would not go more than 1 or 2 teeth larger and that will make it faster, but but no more than 3 teeth unless your going to change the rear sprocket to a smaller one. Check you gear ratio before you decide what gear you will want.
