Check the hose going to the ACV diaphgrm cracks or leaks that is the diapghram that feeds it fuel when you all of a sudden let go of the throttle from wot. Sounds like when you do that it is Leaned out to much. You can also try 1/4 richer on the Pilot Jet. Lefty

Sterling, Here is a picture of a CV Carb yours is probably very simliar but most likely a 30mm which a lot of them either have the Fuel Ration Under the front of the carb or on top. Hopefully yours has it on the side like this carb: To richen it you turn the Fuel Ratio Screw Counter Clockwise or OUT. Lefty This is the ACV Diaphgram: Yours may be in a different spot on your carb but there will be a Vacumm Hose going to. Here is a picture of the other side of the carb your Fuel Ration may be Under the carb in front(which is a pain in the ass to adjust, get one of those screw drivers that are bend at 90% on both ends, one as the straight driver the other end has the philps or you can make yourself one to fit under the carb and be able to turn the screw. Some have a cap on them just pull it off and the screw is under there.
