I have a Roketa Jamaica-150, just out of the box with a few "birthing problems" that I'll get through. Bright! red. It's a pretty scoot. QUESTION: Where can I get a replacement CVT belt for this GY6-powered machine?? Dont yet need one, BUT..... FYI, I got the machine through www.countyimports.com. Fast drop-shipping from disty, www.roketa.com. Some "shipping rash", but generally OK. Crankcase vent tube was twisted & totally plugged. THAT was fun!! Also, see earlier post re Vacuum Operated Fuel Valve. I think good intentions for support at dealer, but just not the technical ability to deliver. No doubt they depending on disty, and not getting much help. Filed claim for mirror broken in transit. Let's see how long it takes to get a replacement. I've ridden cycles for 40+ years. Last year got Suzuki Burgman 400, and fell in love with scoots. Roketa-150 is 2nd machine in an expanding stable. ;D

Welcome MGREENFIELD.
I went the other way, in Feb. bought a Lin-Hai Yamaha 260. Traded it in on a Burgman 400-S a few months ago.
Good luck on the Roketa, co-worker bought one for his wife.

smeagol, ....thanks the note, and you'll love the B400!!! Two items. 1/ ASAP! replace the 8ea 18gm rollers with 16gm rollers in the CVT front pulley. It's what the B400 should have had in the first place. 2/ see the forum www.burgmanusa.com. Cant be beat.

Been on BURGMANUSA.COM for almost as long as I've had the scoot. I got the extended warranty, so don't plan on any changes till the end of three years. Bought the scoot to commute. My wife still hasn't figured out I traded in the Chinese scoot on the Burgman yet, there both the same color. Will be just over 1000 miles after getting home tonight. Opened it up to 85 mph this morning on my way to work (76 mph for the spedo correction) ;D

You can get replacement belts from Stan at oregonvintage.com . He posts on this board all the time with a link to his website.

You'll need to know the belt size, but the majority of the 150's come stock with an 842-20-30 and are replaced with the 835-20-30 Bando Kevlar belt. I carry a few other sizes in non Kevlar too, but in reality the OEM belt usually lasts at least 1500 km before they turn to dust. Spend your time and money replacing the fuel lines, vacuum lines, fuel filter and spark plug first. All of these items are common and can be purchased at your local auto parts house. Chinese rubber products suck (hence the population problem?). Stan
