Is that the 125 or 150 model? The 125 cc model gets estimated 52 mph and the 150cc 55.8 mph. It is unlikely that the 125 is restricted, the 150 may be in air intake and exhaust since I'd expect about 60 to 62 for a 150 cc.

That's a very nice looking scoot. You mention also known as tng but I don't see anything on the tng website like that. Nor do I see it on the Baron site. Where did you get this little puppy?

i bought it on ebay and the shop is closed (i like ebay for this :-) ) www.cfmoto.cn/product/moto/Scooter.asp here you can see the verona (e-jewel or e-jet or what ever else) and the e-charm (it's the same except the floor) , i have the technical data now, of the e-jet e-charm and honda sh, all identical for e-charm and sh, different floor and plastic for verona/ejet/ejewel) ) but... this don't help me to find without dismanteling this xxxx where if the restriction and what kind so i ll use my tools and say to you what i'll discover :-) but this won't help to find what kind of parts i'll be able to mount on if somebody want the technical data i can post them on my website

Possible restrictions could be in the 1. CDI 2. restrictors in the exhaust 3. collar on the Variator. 4. collar in the carb. You will have to rejet. see if www.baronmotorcycles.com sells that model or can send you to someone who does. This model is sold in Europe and not generally in the US. Very popular in France. ok.... on my own their is no restriction on the cdi (but it s possible, just have to connect the deadly wire to the cdi a 24 carbur (a 30 it s better isn t it ?!) a so low noise exhaust that i think it s a restriction (just can hear the sound of wind, and not the motor i didn t look at the variator yet

In many cases cutting the brown wire from the cdi (if there is one) will derestrict the cdi. If you do so I would suggest attaching bullet connectors to each end so you can reattach the wire if the cdi fails. I don't know if this will do anything for this bike. The carb is small, usually a 28 for this size of bike 125 to 250cc. What make is it?. You could also rejet your current carb.
You can add power, (will decrease mpg) by adjusting the pilot screw and idles. Increasing the fuel flow from the factory set on the pilot (Pms) screw will incease some power. This has to be adjusted with the idle screw. Changes in the pilot screw settings are done for altitude and hot climates.
Air box restriction is another one I forgot to mention. That is why many people increase air flow with pod filters. You have to rejet.
