I do not know the experience others had with them, but mine so far is not that great! I ordered two identical helmets on 02/18/2011. On 02/24/2011 I received a package from them, but there was only one helmet in the box. The helmet was as expected. I emailed support and received a reply by the next day: Okay, I understand mistakes can happen and i am fine with this. But when i don't receive anything several business days later i emailed them back asking about the second missing helmet. I have not received a reply from them yet. Today, 03/07/2011 i emailed them again asking about the helmet and stating that this is not acceptable. Wonder if the reply. I did leave a review on their site at www.buyatvscheap.com/product-p/rk4%20solid%20silver.htmI don't think i will buy there again due to their poor customer service. A company with good customer service would have shipped the second helmet fast! If i do not receive the helmet by the 10th i will file a complaint with paypal to receive a refund.

Still no reply or helmet. I opened a Dispute at paypal.
I would say stay away from this company. on paypal they call themselves Mooser Moto LLC so 3 different names one company.

well on 02/24/11 they said they would ship it that day!
Here is the tracking info:
so they didn't ship it until i started the Paypal dispute! Sad to see that some companies ignore their customers until they are force to do something.

They have an F rating with the North Carolina Better Business Bureau.
Checking the BBB is free, what ever happened to buting from a local dealer that takes care of their customer?

I am currently waiting on a wolverine utv 500. Ordered on 6/9/11 was quoted approximately a 4 week delivery, cash up front. At 4 weeks told it would probably be the next week. Next call was told it would be 6 weeks, then told 8 weeks. Today I was told 10 weeks. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE....BEWARE....Trying to get my money back tomorrow. I will update progress.

I purchased a Benelli x50i from riders wholesale. Helmet hook was missing, multiple loose connections, untuned, and the spedo cable broke three days into riding. THis was 3 weeks ago, I was told the parts went out last Friday...a week after they told me it was to be shipped. Now I have left multiple emails and phone calls with no response. I think they have caller ID and don't answer. No one has answered their phone in 4 days; I've called all day. I do not suggest anyone purchase anything from them, customer service SUCKS. I've followed their warranty claim procedure, sent pics, and am getting really frustrated.

I contacted my credit card company and am in the process of taking my money back and sending him my benelli at my cost. This guy is a piece of work; here is the email he just sent me...lol Maybe u can't read im taking it. The warranty doesn't say any thing about a mirror. Or a key or does it say speed o meter. It says electrical. And all internal motor parts. So that being said u need to.learn to read. Its on the x 50i page. The spot at that says warranty.
lol, what a jerkoff. Don't buy from this guy. My spedo cable broke the second day I had it, key fell apart in my hand, missing the helmet hook, mirror pivot joint disenagrated in my hand, all within the first three weeks of ownership. The credit card company is helping me send it back and get my money back. What a hassle.

It is always hard to pay more than we have to for things, but the truth is, very often the lower price results in lower levels of service, quality, comunitcation, reliablitiy and costs you a lot. You never get something for nothing. (Except from Santa- and we know who pays him don't we?). We have good honest hard working people active on this forum. If you do not want to become a dealer and deal with buying and stocking and being in business, you really should be willing to pay a little more than the cheapest and pay these guys to run interferance for you by paying there very modest mark up's. Frankly, sometimes you cannot even buy wholesale at their deliverd prices. Put your time in improving your income and let thes guys take care of some of the grief for you. Thanks to all of them from me.
Cheers lefty2

PERSONAL EXPERIENCE, TAKE AS YOU WILL
I started selling products online 2 months ago. I am always upset by shops that seem to gouge the customer. Even online, some parts seem to be way more expensive than they should be. So I started my own online shop to sell products at what I thought was a fair price, what *I* would want to spend when buying retail.
After 2 months I have come to the conclusions that it is incredibly hard to have a low volume shop that sells at razor thin margins and still be able to provide stellar support. One returned item is enough to blow away the profit from 10 sales. A 10% error rate (incorrect item, warranty return, etc.) is enough to begin to LOSE money, especially when you consider the time involved in dealing with the customer.
My point is that if you want good support rather than just *take it or leave it* from the seller, you need to PAY for it.

In my first 36 years working in the computer industry I lost count of the number of companies that thought they could change the marketplace by stacking them deep and selling them cheap only to go out of business. Customers, no matter how cheap they get something wants service and service cost money.
Regarding buyatvcheaps aka riders wholesale... see what I said above X 2.

so they didn't ship it until i started the Paypal dispute! Sad to see that some companies ignore their customers until they are force to do something. That sounds about right with some businesses. It seems a lot of businesses leave all the shipping details up to one goof-off "who-cares" employee who may or may not even work there the next week. Good that you filed a paypal dispute, remember that paypal and credit cards all have a relatively short window of opportunity to file a dispute if the item you purchase is defective, or does not arrive, or is substantially misrepresented, so don't let anyone string you along long enough that window expires. The paypal dispute thing is somewhat of a joke in that the initial process does nothing more than open up a customer to merchant emailing going through the paypal mail server so that it comes from "paypal" when in fact all it's doing is relaying the email you are typing out in the form. Most of the times that works and all is settled, otherwise you have to go to the next level, and that level gets the paypal staff involved. The credit cards are different, that involves the staff immediately, credit cards are better to use than paypal.
