I'm new here and just bought a new Motofino 125 Retro. I've only put 20 mi. on it so I'm definitely a novice. The owners manual lacks A LOT of info. Is there anywhere I could get a Manual for general mainenance ?. How about accessories like a rear rack and trunk ?. I was looking at the Baron VLA 150 Retro but decided on this one. Hope I made the right choice..

I've got the manual you need for sale over on the main scootdawg site. www.scootdawg.com/page6It used to be that you had to spend $80-140 for a decent top trunk. I've got one on the way for review that comes in at 1/2 the price that I've been told may be a super good deal. Stay tuned, it should be written up in the next few days.

I know it wasn't free!!! It didn't say "Go to PayPal first".. I figured I had to get the right page to pay and down load.. Now that I've had such brilliant advice and comments, I'll give it a try..

OK, I'll go over this again, In order to down load the manual it states " If you already have a password click here",Then "Click on the the manual to down load" it goes to "Log in". I log in and it will not accept it because of my password, Wich I'll say again--That it is the same password I use to log into this forum. I payed by PayPal and still trying to get the manual.. If you can get the manual by not logging in, why log in ??.. This is my first time on this forum and the owner of a scooter of one week. It appears to me that this is is run by a small group of smug wise asses. I don't need comments from guys with size 12 shoes and size 3 hats like Surfbum and Dawg..

I forgot to mention "Horny Professor"' Mike65072 comments. He no doubt has size 16 shoes and size 2 hat.. If curious as to what a "Horny Professor is, let me know...

I'm curious, what made you choose the Moto Fino over the Baron? They look to be the same scoot and the Baron is 25cc bigger.

I more or less flipped a coin after reading bb comments on another forum. My wife and I both wanted scooters and I figured either one was ok for the price. For some reason there was more plusses on the Motofino side..She'll probably want this red Motofino and I may get a Baron VLA. Niether one of us have a license yet, so we'll see how far our enthusiasm takes us. Yes, they do look identical. I think maybe these Chinese guys are building all these scooters in one garage and depending what door the push them out of, depends on what name they put on them. Nice talking to a fellow with constructive questions..instead of,,,,,

Pronghorn the problem your having is your using your ScootDawg login password. A little lower on the page you'll find the paypal button followed by this: When ordering, be sure to provide an email address. A password will be sent to you for downloading the manual. Please allow 24 hours for the email with the password to arrive. We are working on an auto-responder to provide faster service in the future.
Paypal the $12 and Dawg will E-mail you the password to download the manual. As a side note for gods sake chill out. As I said people here are OK. Hang out for a while. You'll see no one was slamming you! Your comments were rude and uncalled for. Dawg is the owner and creator of this site and one of the nicest and most helpful guys you'll ever meet. It costs alot in time and money to keep a website like this. Don't begrudge the man for charging for a few things. Especially since they are well worth the money! I'm sorry but I came here to get away from crap like that. Calm down hang out and pick up some great info to help with your new scoot!

Hey guys, pronghorn made it through the system and he got his password this morning. Maybe I should update the page to make it a little more clear.
Also, I have a little dilema. I just found that the guide to tuning rollers has been downloaded over 1200 times so far this month and I've only sold about 5 of the manuals. Somebody is giving away a password somewhere. I think I'm going to disable all the passwords to it. It's just a little $5 guide but this sucks. I've just been ripped off $6,000.

Lee I feel for ya! Maybee there's someway to do a rotating password with E-mail verification? Or bump the price to cover postage and handling and sub it out as a hard copy or disk? Just a thought. Aaron

OK, I soaked my head and cooled off. I MAY have been out of line on my comments, But the comments inferring that I was too cheap to pay for the manual was certainly Not in line either. That's not who I am.. I would think that you would first get the facts first and try to help out a newbie . That said,, your manual is a nice one and will be a giant help. Thanks...

Hey Lee, about your guide being downloaded 1200 times I would have to think that someone must have posted the password and link on some other scooter forum seeing as there isn't even 200 members on this one yet.

Thanks pronghorn, I hope you do find it useful.
Danny, I thought that maybe someone had posted it somewhere. The thing is, I can't think of any scooter forum that would generate that many thieves interested in such a manual. ScooterBBS is the only one large enough to even have that many people read a single post. I'm thinking maybe there is some sort of glitch in the software that tracks webstats. I'm going to enquire about it to my webserver.

Hey Dawg, You need to look into the x-cart software if you get a chance. It handles paypal and electronic goods downloads like your manuals.

Yeah, I should. I'm not much of a webmaster. My hosting company also provided me with a free cart. I started installing it and could tell that my skill levels were going to require countless hours. Maybe the software you suggest is easier?

Hey prong I just read what you posted. Let me just say that when I said "Did you use pay pal I just want to say the Manual is worth every penny !!!! " I was just trying to find a polite way to say " it's not free " I wasn't sure if you had caught that on the site ( I have never met you or talked to you so I could not have possibly been judging you ) I was just trying to beat around the bush so you DIDN'T think I was rude guess I screwed the pooch on that one. SORRY If I offended you !!!! Trust me I used to post on PROVOSCOOT and they are the type that make it a RULE that you CAN'T say stuff like THAT RULZ or misspell word ( I suck at spelling so jumped ship quick ) ( by the way I am not kidding about that stuff thier moderators are a bunch of grumpy dudez

Dawg, Not easier..If you were having problems with your free cart. But cheap pricewise and loaded with features. Like real time UPS, FedEx, USPS quotes, etc. It's the same one MRP Uses. I use it too on my website. Most carts you have to rent and pay by the month, this one you own for like under $200.
