Hello everyone, I just liked to insipire all those out there with creative and inventive minds that there are ways to create custom parts for our scooters with a website I just found, www.emachineshop.com/. You can download their free program, and custom design whatever you want. After designing the piece, you can order any quantity you like. The service is rather expensive, but sometimes it is worth it considering the high ticket price on such items such as exhaust systems, etc. Sincerely, Omar

That's cool. I spent a good part of my life as a machinist and programer and actually, those prices are pretty good for custom machine work.

Hi Lee, If I cannot buy the parts I am looking for I have plans to build my own custom parts. Currently I plan to design racing engine parts such as water cooled forged cylinder, 4-valve forged head, forged high-compresion piston, forged camshaft, forged crankshaft, and forged stainless steel valves, and stainless steel exhaust system to handle alternate fuels. The 4-valve head will feature porting design ideas borrowed from Motoman's tuning mototuneusa.com/. As far as electronics goes, I plan to develop a custom computer programmable CDI ignition module, digital dashboard computer, and a solid-state light control system capable of using HID and LED based lighting. Currently I am designing my own HID based light reflector/base which will fit my Matrix perfectly. The reflector will have glass, not plastic. The rear glass reflector surface will be mirror coated. I plan to design the lighting with LightTools www.opticalres.com/lt/ltprodds_f.html. I may also design a custom intake system. Probably based on fuel injection, instead of carburator. Not sure yet, time will tell. Regards, Omar That's cool. I spent a good part of my life as a machinist and programer and actually, those prices are pretty good for custom machine work.

I'm not sure I'd know where to begin.
