We took in a 150cc MC-WY18, aka BMS Herritage in on trade. It's got two miles on it. Unfortunately the owner dumped it on the first spin and there a few blems. It also WILL NOT pass PA's Title muster. It has a MCO. It's blue. $400

i would LOVE that bike. but unfortunatly, it would be pricy getting it to ontario, and it would probably be near impossible to get it titled here too.

Why won't PA title it?

Should just need a bill of sale with the mco, atleast that's the requirements in florida.

MCO won't pass muster with PennDot due to the fact that the proper paperwork hasn't been filed with NHTSA.
I can provide MCO and bill of sale.

Hhhmm... I'll have to look up the info for requirements here in VA. Might be a possibility but usually from what I've seen, VA is more strict on motor vehicle laws and regulations than most states... Unfortunately I DO know that here it would have to be titled tagged and insured.

I have no idea about other states...

If needed I can pallet and stap it for the costs of the straps.
