The anniversary of the mysterious Dallas JFK assassination is amongst us and this gives RSG Scooter Club another reason to meet for another great ride. Its the JFK RIP annual ride on Nov. 21, 2010, 1 day before the anniversary. The ride will begin at 12 noon at Mockingbird and Cedar Springs outside of Love Field. A stop close to the grassy knoll/West End area. The ride will continue with a route of the so call assassinator, Lee Harvey, to his house and onto OakCliff. After a stop in Oakcliff onto Downtown Dallas where he was later killed. More details to come very soon but the date and time is definite. Go to readysteadygosc.com for more information. Attachments:

Below is the detail for the JFK RIP ride in Dallas.
The ride will begin at 12 noon on Mockingbird and Cedar Springs at the QT Gas Station. Please be there at 11:30 so all riders can go over riding rules. The 1st stop is close to the Dealey Plaza/West End area where JFK was shot (IMO shot by a group that used a poor soul as a passy to hide their real motives for the killing). You will get to go the Grassy Knoll and even take pictures of the fence where the real action took place. Don't forget to look for used rifle bullet shells. The ride will continue with a route of the so call assassin, Lee Harvey, to his rooming house in OakCliff. After a stop in Oakcliff onto Downtown Dallas where he was later killed. This year's ride will not include a stop at Parkland Hospital due to last year hospital concerns with all of the scooters parking.
1. Kickstands up at 12 noon. 2. East on Mockingbird to Lemmon Ave and onto 1st stop at the West End. Park and tour Dealey Plaza. 3. Leave Dealey Plaza and onto Lee Oswald's Rooming House at 1026 Norht Beckley. Stop and tour area. 4. After the Rooming House, onto the site where Officer Tippet was killed at 10th & Patton. (It was believed the Oswald killed him before going into theater) 5. Onto Texas Theater for a stop at 231 W. Jefferson where Lee Harvey was arrested. 6. Final stop is Dallas Municipal Building at 106 South Harwood. This is the old Police Station.
Optional After the ride, a small group may go over to Lee Harvey's at 1807 Gould Street between Deep Ellum and the heart of Downtown for a bite to eat.
